What did people say?

Compliments from clients:

- I wasn’t quite sure what to expect (from Connexions) but in the few times I’ve been in I’ve found the staff more than helpful and really friendly to speak to. Connexions has been a great help to me in finding a career path and in my search for a job.

- We both just want to thank you for the help you gave us in finding employment, you gave us a chance and you believed in us, that made all the difference, we wish there were more like you.

- Thank you very much for all your help, I didn’t realise I had so many options and I now feel ready to achieve what I want in life.

Compliments from parents/carers:

- As a parent / Carer I came to visit and was very impressed, the office was bright and comfortable with lots of information, the staff were wonderful and very helpful. My own son is 16 and will be using the facilities. I only wish there had been a connexions when I was a school leaver.

Compliments from partner organisations:

- The way that we worked together showed real promise and hope for working together again, which in turn creates an atmosphere that would encourage us in any future partnership working.

…. meet at least once a month and I regularly witness excellent examples of total and genuine participation by local young people who would not usually have the opportunity to express their views as part of a structured group.
I am aware that this group of young people, through their involvement with the project have influenced major decision makers and impacted upon outcomes.
