During February a total of 32 ‘Comments’ were received these included 28 compliments, 2 complaints and 2 suggestions. 88% of comments received were ‘compliments’ this continues the high return of positive feedback. The majority of comments received this month were by leaflet (41%). The majority of comments received were made by young people (44%).

Suggestions
• Suggestion to put sample CV’s on the website. Connexions are currently getting together some different examples that will be put onto the website.
• Request by an organisation to set up an additional office with them in Gateshead. Connexions have a central office at the Interchange Centre and currently have no plans to set up an additional office, but would work in partnership with this organisation if appropriate.
Complaints
• Complaint about public access to computer system at one of our offices. This is currently being reviewed
