January 2006 [view other months] During January a total of 14 ‘Comments’ were received these included 9 compliments, 2 complaints and 3 suggestions. 64% of comments received were ‘compliments’ this continues the high return of positive feedback. The majority of comments received this month were by e-mail (36%) and the majority of comments received were made by partners (71%).
What did people say?
- I am very happy with the help I received from the PA who helped me so much that I got the job I wanted.
Compliments from parents/carers: - I visited the Connexions office for the first time last week with my son. I was very impressed with the PA who couldn’t have done more for us.
Compliments from partner organisations: - Thanks very much for your kind hospitality and your expert knowledge within the lead body relationship – this is greatly appreciated. - The current Year 10 and 11 pupils have a clear idea about what they want to do next and have spoken very highly of the help and guidance offered to them.
Suggestions and Complaints - 2 requests were received this month to add links onto the Connexions website. These requests were reviewed resulting in one link being added. The other request was rejected as it was not appropriate to our service. - One notification of incorrect telephone number on website was received. This has been reviewed and the correct number added.
