What did people say?

Compliments from clients:

• Connexions has been good to me over the past few years and has changed my life around.

• I think this is a good service to use for everything and anything.

• This service is very helpful and worth it. A school used the Connexions website to collect information, advice and case studies and was full of praise for the information that was available on the website.

Suggestions

• Suggestion from a client that ‘a delivery site could do with a make over’. The lead PA is to review site and update posters and presentation where appropriate.

Complaints

• 2 complaints were received this month one regarding access and the other about the high ambient temperature in reception area of one Connexions centre. Both complaints are being fully investigated.
