The high level of comments received about the services offered by Connexions continued during October. A total of 28 ‘Comments’, included 21 compliments, 4 complaints and 2 suggestions. 78% of comments returned being ‘compliments’ was slightly better than last months figure and continues the high return of positive feedback.

Compliments from clients:

- Very helpful, useful. Will be back soon.

Suggestions

- Suggestion for a volunteer organisation to be added to our website links. The links have been added.
- Cannot get back to Connexions home page when searching the job vacancies. This will be amended in the next upgrade of the website.

Complaints

- A young person completed some paid work experience arranged by Connexions. There was a delay in receiving the payment but this has now been resolved.
- A young person needed to have access to baby changing facilities. Unfortunately these are not offered by Connexions. The young person was advised of the nearest facilities and management will consider the requirement in future premises reviews.
